Owner/CEO
AccuTax was established by Shekethia Claiborne, as she began to embark upon her journey of entrepreneurship in 2008. She has continued to flourish in each of her business ventures as a Tax professional, Travel Host, Life Insurance Broker, Credit Repair Specialist, Network Marketer and Day Trader in the Forex, Futures and Crypto markets.
She's a proud mother of two young adults and grandmother of a beautiful baby girl. She loves spending time with her family, significant other and friends. Travel is the center of her heart, which leads her to take frequent trips around the world, be it solo, with loved ones, business partners or anyone who has booked one of her fabulous group getaways. Traveling around the world is how she became known as Miss Worldwide. She has been to 21 countries and can't wait to knock more off of her bucket list! Shekethia has a deep passion for helping others. She implements a standard of finding ways to help others in all she does.
AccuTax was her first business venture and has operated as a commercial business location in Natchitoches, LA for the last 18 years. Her tax business has innovated with the world and is now converted into 100% virtual tax preparation, which is done completely online. She loves the work from home/work around the world lifestyle she has created for herself. AccuTax is also the new go-to for other tax preparers who need professional tax preparation software, learning courses, instructor courses, and other tools to help them become better tax preparers and streamline their tax businesses. At AccuTax, we work hard to be fast, accurate, professional and we strive to help other tax preparers succeed above and beyond their expectations.

Joanna Vazquez became apart of the AccuTax family in 2022. She began as a completely new tax preparer with no tax preparation experience under her belt, but quickly learned the basics, due to her eagerness to learn, her ability to learn extremely fast, and her unmatched dependability to show up for every training session. Joanna is now one of AccuTax's top preparers.
In her spare time, she loves traveling and spending time with her family. We are thankful to have Joanna as a part of the AccuTax team!

Maci Clark became apart of the AccuTax family in 2022, which was her first year as a tax preparer. She loved her experience as a first year preparer and decided to continue learning about the tax industry and getting more experience, so she can one day operate her very own tax business. Maci has been in the hositality industry for over 12 year, managing variouus brands. She is also a credit repair specialist. When she is not working, she is in fact still working in the gym or in the great outdoors keeping her body fit and in shape. She loves to workout and promote healthy eating. She spends a lot of time cooking healthy meals and spening time with her family. We are grateful to have Maci as a part of the AccuTax team!
